  • Yes. If you would like to visit the studio before, please give us a call at 954-501-0107 and we will let us you know when it’s best to come.

  • When renting the studio, you have access to the whole studio, the props, the backgrounds and backdrops. For photographers, we have 3 lights available, 2 Godox AD200 and 1 Godox AD600. We have triggers for Sony, Nikon, and Canon but you are welcome to use your trigger if you already have one. As for continuous lights, we have an Amaran 200X, a Godox VLC150 and a Godox SL 600W.

  • Although we suggest arriving earlier than your scheduled time to prepare, there is no assurance that the studio will be accessible before your scheduled time. Nonetheless, in case the studio is unoccupied, you are free to begin setting up beforehand.

    If you require a more complex setup, we advise you to book extra time.

  • When you arrive, we are happy to assist you with setting up if you require our help. Nevertheless, you are also free to rearrange the items within the studio to design your own sets.

  • Yes, our membership packages will be available soon.

  • We do not have a limit and we do not charge extra for large parties. Depending on the equipment you will be working with, the studio can comfortably fit 25-30 people.

  • No, once you book, you and your party at the only group that will have access to the studio. We do not double book the studio.

Meet an extraordinary woman who wears many hats! Maybeline Dugué-Despagne is not only a proud mother of three daughters and but she is also an accomplished entrepreneur with three businesses, CAS Xpress, Kohzé and Pix City Studio. After obtaining her degree from FIU's College of Business Administration, she founded CAS Xpress, which provides shipping services to Haiti.

With a passion for drawing and photography, she transformed her interests into profitable ventures, turning her artwork into jewelry, t-shirts, totes, and more. Her second enterprise, Kohzé, was founded to market her products as the demand grew. Encouraged by her friends, she decided to pursue photography professionally in 2018, and her stunning pictures under the name Maybeline Photography captured the hearts of her clients.

In 2020, she and her husband opened Pix City Studio, a creative studio space for photographers, influencers and videographers. She is eager to collaborate with you and showcase her work.
